Is there a Best Practices for Variant Pricing

Hi all,

As I could not present directly at the Vienna Conference either in person or remotely, I provided my presentation as a recorded session, so it could still be made in my absence.

The presentation runs for about 15 minutes and the purpose of this blog is to have a place where comments can be made by participents or anyone else who views the presentation.  It is a place where you can share any experiences, raise questions on the content, offer other solutions etc.
